His career in business and finance began as an accountant with First Interstate Financial Services, which led him to a position as Accounting Manager at Santel Federal Credit Union, followed by Controller for SD Medical Federal Credit Union. Marchesano built on this foundation of financial expertise and transitioned into business management. Prior to joining the NMMF, Marchesano served as the Business Manager for G2 Software Systems and Castle Advertising, both San Diego based companies. ​As the NMMF’s Chief Financial Officer, Marchesano oversees all financial aspects of the organization and continues to provide his expertise to help guide the general management of nonprofit business activities. Marchesano earned his BS in Accounting from San Diego State University.
